The Many Key Benefits of RHINOCORT AQUA

With so many nasal allergy medications to choose from, you are probably wondering why your doctor has recommended RHINOCORT AQUA as part of your nasal allergy treatment plan.

There are many reasons doctors and allergy patients believe RHINOCORT AQUA is such an excellent choice. Here are some key attributes of RHINOCORT AQUA:

RHINOCORT AQUA is Effective
RHINOCORT AQUA works for both seasonal and year–round nasal allergies. That means it may help ease the discomfort caused by mold spores and pollen from trees, grasses, and weeds, as well as year–round triggers such as dust mites, mold, and pet dander. One of the reasons RHINOCORT AQUA is effective is because it targets the source of the problem, by reducing the underlying inflammation that causes your nasal allergy symptoms.

RHINOCORT AQUA Offers Convenient Dosing
RHINOCORT AQUA helps provide relief from sneezing, nasal congestion, and runny nose with once–daily dosing! Plus you can get up to 60 days of therapy in every bottle of RHINOCORT AQUA Nasal Spray when prescribed at the recommended starting dose of one spray per notril per day. That may mean fewer trips to the drugstore! However, your doctor may prescribe RHINOCORT AQUA at a dose of 1 to 4 sprays per nostril once daily. Take RHINOCORT AQUA exactly as directed.

RHINOCORT AQUA Has a Demonstrated Safety Profile
RHINOCORT AQUA has been demonstrated as a safe and effective treatment for nasal allergies. The overall incidence of side effects reported in clinical trials with RHINOCORT AQUA were similar to placebo. The most prevelant side effects were:
Epistaxis RA (8%) vs. Placebo (5%)
Pharyngitis RA (4%) vs. Placebo (3%)
Bronchospasm RA (2%) vs. Placebo (1%)
Coughing RA (2%) vs. (<1%)
Nasal Irritation RA (2%) vs. (<1%)

RHINOCORT AQUA Works to Relieve Symptoms
Your nasal allergy symptoms may begin to improve within 10 hours after first using RHINOCORT AQUA. In one group of patients that were studied, RHINOCORT AQUA and the nasal spray mometasone furoate both improved nasal allergy symptoms within 8 hours. However, you must continue to take your medication every day, as directed by your doctor. Your nasal allergy symptoms will continue to improve over the first few days, and maximum relief may take about 2 weeks to achieve.

RHINOCORT AQUA Has No Fragrance and No Alcohol
Fragrances can be wonderful — in flowers, perfume, and freshly baked bread. But you may not want it in a nasal spray. RHINOCORT AQUA is scent–free and alcohol–free.
